Seeking an ambitious and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a pivotal role in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, developing and retaining top talent across a diverse and exciting organisation.
  • Develop from scratch, build up and execute talent acquisition strategies in line with the company's growth plans
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and strategise to fill open roles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders whilst creating a robust talent pipeline
  • Employ innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics and use data to inform future recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with the wider Human Resources team on various strategic initiatives
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner role
  • Experience of Managing a small team
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Good understanding and use of Social Media
  • Data centric/ good analytics
  • A strong understanding of recruitment practices and trends
  • The ability to strategise and execute comprehensive recruitment plans
  • A solutions-focused attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
