- Provide support for Lumera’s suite of Products to our internal and external customers, resolving business application problems within service level agreements (SLA)
- Writing SQL queries to resolve issues and improve existing functionality
- Peer reviewing and testing colleagues’ work
- Record and track all problems/requests reported to the Support desk
- Maintain and create support desk documentation
- Become familiar with and support new technologies and software as and when they are introduced to the company
- Share knowledge and best practices
- The ability to communicate well at all levels
- To have client facing experience
- To be a self-motivator and help others to achieve goals
- The ability to work well under pressure and remain focused
- The ability to work within a team and make a positive contribution, but still able to work independently
- Experience of supporting software applications
- SQL Query writing and document writing skills
- Microsoft SQL Server and MS Office experience
- Proven analytical and problem solver abilities
- The skills to create and update documentation to a high level standard
- Experience of working with Defined Contribution Master Trusts
- Some pensions administration/calculations knowledge
- Financial Services background
- Experience working within a fast-paced technical support team
- Pensioner Payroll experience
