
Senior Finance Business Analyst

- Produce consolidated monthly and quarterly management reporting for senior leadership, delivering clear and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Act as a key liaison between Group Finance, Commercial Finance, and Technology teams, supporting the BPC consolidation process and managing defect resolution.
- Validate and manage data loads into core finance systems (SAP S/4 and BPC), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and strong control.
- Lead initiatives to standardise and streamline management reporting, advance the use of reporting technologies, and enhance data-driven insights.
- Design and deliver user training, guidance, and best practice materials to support finance systems users across the organisation.
- Partner with outsourcing providers and internal teams to manage system issues, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Contribute to audit, compliance, and ICFR/EMC requirements, ensuring processes meet regulatory and governance standards.
- Deputise for the Finance Manager when required, supporting senior leadership with strategic and operational finance initiatives.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Strong background in management accounting and management reporting, with experience producing high-quality consolidated reporting in a complex, matrixed organisation.
- Hands-on experience of SAP BPC and/or SAP S/4, with knowledge of system administration, data validation, and reporting.
- Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data to senior stakeholders, including non-finance audiences.
- Track record of driving process improvement, system optimisation, and reporting enhancements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across finance and technology teams.
