  • CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua
  • Intruder Alarms: Texecom, Orisec
  • Access Control: Paxton and others
You'll work across commercial, industrial, retail, and high-end residential properties (80% commercial, 20% domestic), providing top-tier service and expert installations across the region.Coverage Area: Northampton-based, operating regionally between Norwich and the M25 (no travel into London required).What’s on Offer:
  • Competitive Salary + OTE: Solid base pay with generous overtime rates
  • Overtime: Regular opportunities – Time & Half (Mon-Sat), Double Time (Sun/Bank Holidays)
  • Standby/Callout: 1-in-7 weeks, £120 standby, £10 per callout, paid at enhanced rates
  • Company Vehicle: Fully equipped van with personal use allowed
  • Fuel & Credit Cards: Provided, along with a Screwfix card
  • Daily Allowances: £20 meal allowance, £5 subsistence, hotels and B&Bs booked when staying away
  • Tech Kit: Laptop, mobile, and tablet provided

Work Hours:
  • Standard Day: 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Travel Time: 1 hour each way
  • Night Stays: Occasionally required with comfortable accommodation (Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, etc.)
What You’ll Need:
  • Experience in installation and/or servicing of security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control)
  • Clean driving licence and comfortable with regional travel
  • Positive, professional attitude and great customer-facing skills
  • Desire to grow and progress in a forward-thinking environment
