Risk & Compliance Manager, Wiltshire, £60,000+ (DOE) - A new opportunity for an experienced and approachable Legal Risk & Compliance professional who thrives on delivering considered advice and pragmatic solutions. JOB REF: 0024THE ROLE:

You will play a vital role in shaping and delivering the firms risk management and compliance strategy.
You'll lead initiatives that protect the firm, advise senior leaders on emerging regulatory changes, and foster a culture of best practice across teams.
Provide expert advice on legal risk, regulatory compliance, and data protection.
Design and deliver tailored compliance training across all levels of the firm.
Lead internal audits, compliance reviews, and manage reporting to the Management Board.
Support the Risk & Compliance Partner in resolving claims and complaints.
Conduct firm-wide risk assessments and develop practical mitigation strategies.
Draft, review, and maintain effective, user-friendly policies and procedures.
