Previous catering experience would be an advantage as the candidate maybe required to work in any section of the department. Duties will include receiving, checking and issuing of catering stock, restocking vending machines, dishwashing, basic food preparation, food service, counter service and maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the department. A basic food hygiene certificate is essential to the post.
