We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join a reputable and well established client of ours in St Neots.In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and sub-assemblies in a production environment.Key Responsibilities:Assemble mechanical parts using hand toolsRead and interpret assembly instructionsPerform quality checks to ensure all work meets company standardsMaintain a clean and organised work areaWork effectively as part of a team to meet production targets Stamping parts with use of a machineMeasuring and cutting material to tight tolerances using cutting machinesFlushing with either a lubricant or pelletsTaping finished productsBagging finished goodsRequirements:Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a similar roleGood attention to detail and manual dexterityStrong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a teamBasic understanding of health and safety practicesPay & Hours:Monday to Friday, 08:00 until 16:00£12.88 per hour (increasing to £13.75 per hour after 12 weeks)
