
Property Litigation Secretary

- Dictation/transcription of fee earner's audio recordings, correspondence, and notes.
- Preparing and filing routine court statements, forms, and documents.
- Preparing, updating, and indexing document bundles for court hearings, mediation, meetings, etc (both electronic bundles and physical bundles).
- Managing fee earner's diaries, including scheduling appointments, entering of hearings and other key dates.
- General office administration and file/document management duties.
- Liaising with courts, counsel's clerks, and other legal professionals.
- Assist with general telephone enquiries, messages, etc.
- Supporting solicitors generally in the day-to-day functioning of the department.
- Previous experience in a secretarial role, ideally within property litigation or a similar area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with case management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
