- Lead your SEN TAs, ensuring a safe and supportive classroom.
- Monitor progress, providing personalized feedback to students, families & SLT.
- Prioritize well-being, developing life skills alongside academics.
- Use behaviour strategies, maintaining a calm and respectful space.
- Engage in training, professional growth, and school-wide initiatives.
- Small classes (max 10), supporting students with Autism and Complex Needs.

- Must hold UK QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.

- Skilled in differentiating lessons to meet diverse needs, abilities, and interests.
- A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to build positive relationships with students, families, colleagues, and external professionals.
- Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Experience in SEN or specialist teaching roles, such as SEN Teacher, Special Needs Teacher, Autism Teacher, Maths Teacher, Teacher of Maths.
- Exceptional daily pay rates, paid PAYE.
- Full-time, long-term position that could eventually turn permanent.
