Description and requirementsSkanska, one of the world's leading project development and construction groups, is an inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society.We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team in A428 - Wintringham.What you'll do:
  • Good working knowledge of NEC4 contracts/commercial law
  • Previous experience of managing the Client and Subcontractors
  • Knowledge of commercial digital systems (Oracle, CEMAR and Project wise)
  • Awareness of the commercial 'shared success' with the client
  • Provide commercial advice to delivery team
