Employer: Carmichael UKCarmichael UK are seeking an experienced Package Manager to join a major infrastructure project in Bridgwater. This is a site-based role, managing key subcontractor packages with a combined value of over £5m.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing two subcontractor packages:Earthworks (£4m)RC Concrete Slabs (£1m)Working on site Monday–Friday (with occasional weekend work depending on subcontractor activity), you will ensure packages are delivered safely, on time, and in line with NEC contract requirements.ResponsibilitiesManage subcontractor performance on siteReview and approve subcontractor works, including temporary worksMonitor programme progress and budget complianceRaise and manage TQs, RFIs, EWNs and compensation eventsCoordinate with the client and project teamEnsure all works are delivered in line with H&S standardsRequirementsSMSTS and CSCS (TWC and AP preferred but not essential)Proven experience managing subcontractors on large projectsBackground in earthworks and/or RC concrete deliveryKnowledge of NEC3 / NEC4 contracts essentialStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill
