- Lead on residential and commercial surveys, defect analysis, and valuations
- Manage building contract administration from inception to completion
- Prepare detailed, high-quality reports and professional advice
- Develop and maintain client relationships, representing the practice with integrity
- Take ownership of instructions, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout
- Support and guide junior colleagues where appropriate
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) with 5+ years' professional surveying experience
- Proven track record in delivering building surveying services to a high standard
- Strong leadership and client relationship-building skills
- Excellent report writing and presentation abilities
- Highly organised, adaptable and efficient in managing multiple projects
