Join Vision for Education as a Part-Time Teaching Assistant!About the Role:We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in the Ashford area. You will play a vital role in helping teachers deliver engaging lessons and supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis.This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking flexible part-time work—whether you’re an experienced TA, a university student, a parent returning to work, or someone looking to gain valuable school experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities
  • Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils with varying needs
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning environments
  • Support pupils’ social and emotional development
  • Adapt to different schools and year groups as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children (in education or other settings)
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
  • A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Availability for part-time and/or flexible work during term time
  • Passion for education and helping children reach their potential
