Specialism: One-to-One Teaching | SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and Medical NeedsThe RoleAre you an experienced teacher looking to make a meaningful difference outside the traditional classroom? We're seeking a compassionate and adaptable SEN Teacher to provide one-to-one support to students with complex needs. This role is about more than just teaching-it's about connection, trust, and helping young people rediscover their potential.What You'll Be DoingPlan and deliver personalised lessons in Maths, English, and ScienceAdapt your teaching to meet the emotional and academic needs of each learnerBuild strong, supportive relationships with students and their familiesCreate a safe, structured environment that encourages growth and confidencePromote independence, resilience, and a love of learningWhat You'll BringQTS or equivalent (PGCE)Minimum 2 years' teaching experienceExperience working with SEN and SEMH learnersConfidence teaching across Key Stages 1-4Enhanced DBS on the Update ServiceLegal right to work in the UKStrong understanding of safeguarding and child protectionWhy Work with Sugarman Health and Wellbeing - Children's Services?We believe that every child deserves a chance to succeed.
