We are looking for Housekeeping Team Managers to join #TeamUHDOur team of Housekeeping Managers work as a team to support the Housekeeping Service across the Royal Bournemouth Hospital site. This is an exciting time at RBH with our maternity services having just moved onto the site in our new BEACH building with further changes to come as we become the major emergency hospital for East Dorset.Our Housekeeping team ensure that the hospital is kept clean providing a safe and pleasant environment to our patients, visitors and staff. Our Housekeeping Team Managers each have a specialist area they are responsible for (quality, recruitment and training, equipment and consumable, rostering and waste) and act as 'duty manager' to ensure the team are allocated to the most appropriate locations to provide a safe and effective service.Full training for the role is provided, with specific training for the specialist area.
