If you want to be part of a team that is transforming the way consumers navigate their finances, we would love to hear from you.As a Content Editor in the Financial Services team, you'll oversee digital content across a variety of channels and brands. You'll create and own initiatives that drive audience growth and build deeper relationships with UK consumers and SME's. You'll also collaborate across cross-functional teams to develop and deliver impactful content experiences.What you'll be doing:
- Help to shape and drive the execution of audience-driven content strategies across various channels, ensuring content resonates with both consumer and business audiences.
- Collaborate closely with product, design and engineering to craft user-focused copy and ensure seamless customer journeys across our digital platforms.
- Manage, edit, and build pages within our CMS and actively contribute to the improvement and optimisation of content workflows.
- Write, commission, proofread, and edit digital content.
- Maintain and champion our brands' consistent style and TOV
- Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure all content is helpful, authoritative, and meets search engine best practices.
- Develop and execute effective email content strategies to nurture audience relationships and drive engagement for both consumer and business segments.
- Explore and leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance content ideation, creation, optimisation, and management processes, driving efficiency and innovation.
- Drive engaging social media content and campaigns, and collaborate with the digital PR team to expand reach and coverage.
- Explore and test new content formats, including rich media assets.
- Expertise in financial services, spanning both consumer finance and the SME sector, demonstrated through high-quality, engaging content creation.
- Experience as a spokesperson, or a willingness to take media training.
- Proven experience delivering compelling content across various formats in a digital environment, including customer journeys, editorial, website copy, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Experience writing high-quality, engaging copy that's mobile-first and optimised for SEO.
- Confident writing UX copy; familiar with user journeys, wireframes, and transactional content for both business and consumer-facing financial products/services.
- Proven experience managing, improving, or optimising content management platforms.
- An understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance considerations.
- Proven ability to manage and execute content campaigns and deliver to a deadline.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools, including basic data analysis and experience reporting on content metrics and KPIs to stakeholders. A demonstrated ability to interpret data insights to lead strategic discussions, identify and solve content-related problems, and drive continuous innovation.
