- A pay increase once you achieve your Level 3 competency sign off bringing salary up to £24,500. Upon completing your qualification your pay will increase to a minimum of £26,000.

- To be eligible you must hold an undergraduate degree in any discipline and to have passed GCSE level maths, english and science.
- A degree in an Education and Teaching related topic, or humanities subject is beneficial
- You’ll show a passion for and some experience of working with children (personal or professional)
