Location: Medway City Estate- short walk from Strood station or free parking on site
** This is an office based role which requires the successful candidate to be in the office every working day**Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team on Medway City Estate. As a Sales Administrator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Handling incoming calls and emails from new and existing customers to discuss products and place orders
- Inputting client order details with accuracy onto the in-house CRM system
- Checking stock levels on system, producing reports and allocating to orders
- Creating picking sheets for the warehouse team
- Experience in order processing and sales administration
- Confidence in communicating with customers over the phone and in person
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Available to start at short notice
