
Real Estate Finance Paralegal

- To work as part of the Real Estate Finance team supporting the lawyers; providing legal and administrative support on transactions including:
- Opening new client files and corresponding with other solicitors and our clients
- Dealing with redemptions and further advances
- Drafting finance documents based upon templates;
- Drafting security documents based upon templates;
- Carrying out property searches and liaising with the Land Registry;
- Completion and post completion administration; to include companies house and Land Registry applications.
- Applying for official copy register entries from Land Registry
- To assist with photocopying of documents and binding of documents when required to do so for the office.
- Preparing Lease Reports and other document summaries.
- Preparing documents for signature on DocuSign.

- 12 months of previous experience working within a fast paced legal/professional services property team is essential.
- Strong academic results including at least a 2:1 degree and has passed the LPC.
- Experience of using practice management scheme is desirable, and knowledge of Proclaim would be advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in using DocuSign.
- Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills with ability to manage time efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
