Respected and established independent Travel Agency with branches in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced Travel Advisor to join their friendly team of Travel Consultants in Lutterworth. If you have 12 months or 12 years in a Travel Agency, we want to hear from you! Working face to face over the phone and emails, you will have quote and sell a wide range of a holidays, with the freedom to quote from a variety Tour Operators. Starting salary is very much dependent on your experience and there are bonuses, discounts and incentives available too.JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Working face-to-face and over the phone taking enquires from customers
  • Respond to customer enquires promptly whether by phone, email or face to face
  • Working in a small friendly team of travel consultants
  • Quoting holidays for a wide variety of destinations
  • Converting enquiries to bookings to reach targets and earn commission
  • Handle all customer service complaints quickly and effectively keeping your manager updated at all times, escalating where appropriate
  • Dealing with dynamic packaging/tailor-made itineraries as well as package holidays, to get the right holiday for your customer
  • Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having an in-depth knowledge of the company's brochures and destinations.
