
Sales Enablement Manager- Healthcare Informatics (Cambridge, MA)

- Sales Training & Development, Design and deliver onboarding and continuous learning programs focused on healthcare informatics solutions, value propositions, competitive landscape, and customer personas; regularly assess training effectiveness and update content.
- Alignment & Communication, Lead alignment meetings between regional sales, - marketing, and sales specialist teams to ensure strategy and messaging consistency; act as a liaison to relay market feedback for agile content and messaging adjustments.
- Demand Generation Collaboration, Partner with demand generation teams to incorporate sales insights into marketing campaigns; unlock employee advocacy via Social Media, optimize lead nurturing processes, messaging strategies, and campaign performance based on sales feedback.
- CRM & Sales Analytics, Leverage Salesforce and analytics tools to track the adoption and impact of enablement initiatives; generate regular reports to measure ROI and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Martech Management & Content Delivery, Manage platforms like Seismic to deliver localized and high-impact sales content (e.g., value propositions, playbooks, battle cards, competitive analyses); use analytics to monitor content consumption and prioritize future content strategies.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence, Provide ongoing updates to sales teams on healthcare informatics trends, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive moves across NAR to support proactive positioning
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of industry experience, ideally in Marketing Technology, Healthcare or Medtech products with preferably in informatics solutions of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Market Research or equivalent in Healthcare or Consumer Goods domain.
- Proven track record in sales enablement, sales training and/or internal communications, Knowledge of marketing processes, strategic planning and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners and colleagues in the Health Systems industry
- Requires in depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, and the company’s goal with willingness to travel up to 20%.
