Our aim is to retain the best talent and so when your project end date nears our team of Talent Community Advisors will be working with you to look at alternative projects within the firm that suit your experience should you wish to continue with Deloitte.About the ProjectWe are seeking a highly experienced OpenText PowerDocs specialist to work with one of our Public Sector/Government clients. You will join our Document Management team and support our OpenText Technical Lead in managing and assuring the creation of a large volume of document templates, including hands-on building of complex templates. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of OpenText PowerDocs, OpenText xECM and xECM integration with SAP Success Factors. You will demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas:Essential Skills & Experience
  • Eligible and willing to obtain UK Government Security Clearance (i.e. must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years)
  • Experienced working with OpenText PowerDocs and SAP Success Factors integration
  • Experience with cloud-based deployments of OpenText xECM
  • Extensive hands-on experience designing and configuring complex PowerDocs templates
  • Data mapping analysis and configuration with SuccessFactors for document generation.
  • Leadership of a document template delivery team.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with other ECM systems
  • Experience with other relevant technologies
  • Hold OpenText xECM Cloud certifications
Deliverables - responsibilities but not limited to;
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for all aspects of OpenText PowerDocs.
  • Help organise and manage the production of approx. 200 document templates (approx. 50 complex).
  • Manage unit testing of approx. 200 document templates.
  • Provide training and guidance to other team members.
  • Adhere to all relevant security and compliance policies.
