A great opportunity has come up for an experienced Assistant General manager to join the team of a successful and popular restaurant near Bermondsey:
  • Casual fine dining Mediterranean cuisine, sharing concept dishes with bold flavours
  • Fresh ingredients and seasonal produce top notch suppliers (open fire, whole butchering on site, stone oven, open kitchen)
  • Lunch and dinner - up to 300 covers per service with outdoor terrace
  • Salary up to £60,000 per annum + discretionary bonuses (according to performance)
  • Fantastic project and respected restaurant group
  • Rota of 2 doubles, 3 single shifts, and 2 days off
  • Late finishes at 1:00am
The ideal Assistant General Manager must be passionate and have a background in fast-paced and high volume restaurants. We are looking for somone proactive, hands-on, that can manage a team of 80+ people but also someone that has a bubbly personality and can work up to a high standard as the food is excellent.
