We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Quality Assurance to join us.About the RoleWe are seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to lead the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality business and operational services. This role ensures our organisation not only meets but exceeds the expectations of patients, commissioners, and partners.We are looking for someone who can:
  • Lead the development and implementation of our Quality Business Assurance Strategy.
  • Act as the organisational lead on quality governance, risk, and compliance.
  • Chair the Business Assurance Committee and contribute to governance forums.
  • Collaborate with operational, compliance, governance and clinical teams to implement measurable improvements.
  • Use quality data to inform decisions and drive improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports aligned with KPIs and governance standards.
  • Represent the business quality function in external reviews and inspections.
  • Build internal capability through training, coaching, and leadership in quality improvement.

  • Proficiency in QI methodologies and data-driven improvement strategies.
