- Experience carrying out 1:1 careers guidance sessions with individuals at different stages of career development.
- Thorough knowledge of the post-16 and post-19 educational, training and employment progression routes.
- Experience developing and delivering group careers interventions.
- Understanding of the current issues and developments relating to education, skills and the job market.
