ExeterTop opportunity for an ambitious and driven corporate solicitor looking to deal with city-quality corporate work from a Southwest base. Our client is a very well-regarded commercial top 100 law firm with an office in central Exeter. They are currently seeking a 1-4 PQE solicitor to join their highly ranked Corporate Team.This is more than just a job-it's a platform for growth.   • Work across a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, strategic investments, management buyouts, and restructurings.
  • Support clients ranging from entrepreneurs and private equity firms to national and international corporations.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, gaining exposure to high-profile transactions and repeat business.
  • Strike the right balance between autonomy and guidance-leading your own deals while benefiting from mentorship and development opportunities.
RequirementsIf you're motivated, client-focused, and passionate about corporate law, you'll fit right in. Ideally, you'll bring:
  • 1+ years minimum PQE as a Corporate Solicitor
  • A strong ability to build relationships with corporate clients, confidently managing transactions of varying complexity.
  • A collaborative mindset and a drive to make an impact.
