Job Type: Temporary | Part-Time | Flexible HoursKey Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted, high quality tuition in GCSE-level Maths, English, or Science, adapted to each student’s learning needs.
Design and deliver creative, personalised lesson plans that support academic growth and build confidence.
Track progress, set achievable goals, and offer consistent feedback.
Provide inclusive support to learners, including those with SEN or additional educational needs.
Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment that helps students thrive both academically and emotionally.

Essential Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE in Secondary Education or a relevant subject- this is essential.
At least 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience at the secondary level.
Right to work in the UK.
Must have, or be willing to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check.

Desirable:

Experience working with SEN learners or students with additional needs.
Confidence delivering Functional Skills or alternative learning pathways.
