You’ll help maintain and enhance the Group Financial Control Framework (GCF) and contribute to the ongoing Controls Transformation project.This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive team, where your voice is valued and your development is encouraged. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about driving positive change, we’d love to hear from you.You’ll bring strong interpersonal skills, as the role involves working closely with stakeholders across the bank and supporting the Senior Finance Assurance Manager with reporting and presenting to risk committees and steering groups.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support teams in meeting EUC compliance standards, including annual attestations.
  • Help coordinate monthly Finance Committee meetings, preparing materials and tracking actions.
  • Contribute to Finance risk reporting and horizon scanning.
  • Assist in drafting papers for the Audit Committee.
  • Support the rollout and governance of Group Finance policies and standards.
  • Help review and deliver Finance RCSAs.
  • Conduct focused reviews across Finance to assess documentation, controls, and operational effectiveness.
  • Play a key role in embedding the Finance target operating model, including control documentation, GRC tools, and risk indicators.
  • Help deliver training to Finance teams across the business.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and timely risk escalation.
  • Ensure all governance and compliance activities meet internal and regulatory standards.

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:
  • Hold a professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • Have experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
