- To carry out reactive maintenance repairs across site.

- To update/close completed Reactive & PPM tasks on the clients CAFM System.
- Ensure engineering standards are maintained to maximise efficient operation and reliability of plant.
- To ensure company QA and site procedures are adhered to in all aspects.
- To ensure that both Client and Integral's Health and Safety procedures are always followed.
- Keep and maintain all company issued tools in a safe and working condition.
- To carry out plumbing tasks, such as toilet and basin repair and replacement, tap and blending valve replacement, fault finding and repair on auto taps, instantaneous water heaters, HW calorifiers, pipework repair and replacement, pump and valve replacement, TRV and radiator replacement, lagging repair and replacement, unblocking of pipework, traps and toilets, gutter cleaning, toilet/sink unblocking, macerator replacement, immersion heater replacement, basic electrical skills would be an advantage.
- Carry out PPM tasks, such as, pump servicing, UVHW calorifier service and inspection, blending valve strip down and service, tap/outlet temperature testing and flushing, instantaneous water heater servicing, AC/AHU filter replacement and cleaning, emergency light testing, functional testing, and visual inspection of equipment.
- Provide detailed and accurate reports for any remedial works required.
- Updating of on-site logbooks for compliance purposes.
- Completion of any certificates or documentation for works completed.
- Complete on-site Method Statements and Risk Assessments as necessary.

- C&G:6035 Level 3 / NVQ Level3 Diploma in Plumbing studies or other recognised qualification or apprenticeship.
- Extensive Knowledge of Commercial Plumbing Systems.
- Extensive Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations.
- BPEC Water Supply (Water fittings) Regs:1999.
- UVHW Certificate.
- Legionella / L8 Qualification.
- Ability to act on own initiative.
- Smart appearance, presentable.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working within a team environment. Able to contribute to the team's success whilst willingly following instructions.
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work requirements, willing to accept change.
- Overtime x1.5 on weekday and x2 on weekends + day in lieu on bank holidays.
- Standby rate is £15 per day and £50 on bank holidays.
