​Marketing Campaign AssociateThe role sits within in our client's EMEA central marketing team focusing on EMEA-wide institutional client campaigns across EMEA. As a central function the team is responsible for creating data driven marketing campaigns aligned to the business priorities.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Creation: Support the end-to-end process of developing and executing marketing campaigns, including the creation of all associated assets such as digital content, visuals, and multimedia componentsAgency Collaboration: Work closely with external agencies to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, leveraging their expertise for creative development and strategic planningClient Experience Management: Oversee the client journey, ensuring a cohesive and impactful messaging strategy that aligns with client expectations and business goals, in close partnership with key stakeholdersRegulatory Compliance: Ensuring all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standardsData-Driven Growth: Embrace a growth mindset by leveraging data insights for continuous testing and optimization of campaigns, aiming to surpass benchmarks and elevate marketing effectivenessReporting and measurement:Measuring campaign performance and content effectiveness to drive engagement and enhance future campaigns, delivering insights to sales and marketing partnersRelationships: Build and maintain strong working relationships with the local market country marketing managers (CMMs) and ensure central marketing initiatives are aligned with local objectives and emerging opportunities. Collaborate closely with the campaign and product marketing teams within the EMEA central marketing unit.Knowledge/Experience:Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo)Demonstrable B2B marketing experienceStrong skills in crafting marketing materials with impeccable written EnglishExperience in scaling campaigns across diverse languages and regions is preferredKnowledge of the investment/financial sector is beneficialCompetencies:Ability to swiftly establish and nurture strong professional relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with extremely good attention to detailStrong eye for design and consistency of visual identityThrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; capable of advancing key initiatives and managing multiple projects concurrentlyCreative and proactive in generating new ideas, with a self-driven work ethicComfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative teamEffective in navigating international team dynamics within a complex matrix organizationVMA GROUP is a leading international interim, contract, temporary and permanent recruitment and executive search specialist.
