Based in the Midlands, they specialise in clean and wastewater treatment works across the Severn Trent region. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking to take on a 12-month contract, starting as soon as possible and working outside IR35 regulations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and managing all on-site activities related to clean and wastewater treatment works
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
  • Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives
  • Implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols on site
  • Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations and specifications
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing progress reports for senior management
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any on-site issues promptly and efficiently
  • Fostering a positive team environment and providing leadership and direction to on-site staff
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in civil engineering within the water industry
  • Strong project management and site supervision skills
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Relevant civil engineering degree or equivalent qualification
