The RoleAs a Senior Insurance Account Handler, you'll support clients across the UK, helping them secure the right insurance cover for their businesses. This is a fast-paced and varied role that includes:
Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
Underwriting risks within delegated authority
Managing the full insurance cycle: new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
Delivering exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail
Helping clients navigate the ever-changing insurance landscape
Requirements
Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at A-C / 4-9
At least 5 years' cross class experience in commercial insurance
Excellent communication skills
Sharp attention to detail
A passion for customer service
