- Take ownership of systems focussed initiatives whilst the HR team continue to deliver BAU HR activities.
- Act as the HR lead for ongoing interlinked systems implementations.
- Ensure that delivery is on time and meets the needs of the business.
- Provide HR specialist input ensuring that the systems are effective and HR compliant.
- Provide other adhoc HR support as required.
- An experienced HR generalist with good exposure to systems implementations.
- Have excellent HR process knowledge and experience and be able to translate this into an efficient and viable system that's fit for purpose.
- Available for the full six month contract and be able to work on site in Goole most days.
- Available to start a new role by the beginning of October at the latest.
- A rate of c£30/hr or fixed term salary of £50-55k
- 6 month role initially
- Base in Goole with some hybrid working
