- Conducting valuations and bringing properties to market
- Driving performance and overseeing day-to-day operations
- Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and best practice
- Supporting negotiators in closing deals
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager
- Strong listing and valuation experience
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
- High-level customer service and communication abilities
- Sales-driven and target-focused
- Well-presented, professional, and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Croydon area and local property market
- Full UK driving licence
- Thorough, organised, and legally aware approach to lettings
