Their work includes:Concrete worksSteelworkBlockwork & brickworkGroundworksTemporary worksDemolitionBuilders work packagesThey offer their clients a transparent, professional journey from start to finish - and are looking for a Project Manager who shares that commitment.ABOUT THE ROLEAs Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for planning, executing, and finalising construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will oversee all aspects of structural packages and liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure exceptional delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completionCoordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers/subcontractorsEnsure health & safety standards are implemented and maintained on siteMonitor project progress and provide detailed updates to senior management and clientsPrepare project reports, budgets, forecasts, and schedulesManage risk and ensure all technical aspects are delivered to a high standardBuild strong client relationships, representing our client with professionalism and integrityREQUIREMENTSProven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly within structural worksStrong understanding of concrete, steelwork, blockwork/brickwork, and groundworksExcellent knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management methodologiesExceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skillsStrong commercial awareness and budgeting capabilityCSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications (desirable)Relevant degree or professional qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similarREWARDS AND BENEFITSA competitive salary and package, reflective of experienceA collaborative and supportive working environmentOpportunities for career progression in a growing businessThe chance to work on diverse, impactful structural projects across the UK
