- Assist with residential sale and purchase transactions under the supervision of a qualified Fee Earner
- Communicate with clients to keep them informed throughout the process
- Prepare documentation, handle enquiries, review replies, and support all aspects of the conveyancing process through to completion
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- GCSE's in English and Maths (Grade C or above)
- A law degree (2:1 preferred) or an equivalent legal qualification
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management systems
- A calm, proactive approach and ability to multitask effectively
