Pay Rate: £35 per hourJob Description:Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Hospital Discharge team based in Barnsley.What will your responsibilities be?In this role, you will:
- Support hospital discharge planning and implementation
- Conduct daily visits across the Barnsley borough
- Work on-site at least 3 days per week, with flexibility for additional days
- Respond to short-notice requirements locally
- Great rate of pay – £35 per hour

- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
