As an independent merchant/manufacturer, JDP offers you the opportunity to make a real difference. With our growth strategy we envisage moving to a bigger, better branch in the medium term, where we will continue to serve customers across the region and distribute to our UK branch network. We are looking for someone with strong operational experience and a commitment to health and safety, who is also driven to boost sales and footfall at our new branch.You'll lead a dedicated, small but dynamic team, all committed to delivering high-level customer service to both external and internal customers.QualificationsWe want to hear from you if you are a current Branch Manager (or an assistant looking to advance your career) in the drainage or wider merchanting industry with a passion for learning our products.You should have experience leading a small team, be sales-focused, understand branch operations (including health and safety), and be customer-centric.If you have a proven track record in merchanting, a good network of contacts, and the drive to use your initiative, get in touch.
