Recruitment Resourcer - Manchester - £13 - £13.50 per hour - Part time or Full time - Immediate Start3 or 4 days a week9 am - 2/3 pm£13 - £13.50 per hourLocation: Manchester city centreOffice based roleOngoing long term contractGrowth potentialInternal trainingPurpose of the roleThe role of a Recruitment Resourcer is to support the branch operation through proactively attracting, recruiting, and managing a pool of candidates. Positively contributing to the organisation through providing the very best recruitment service to clients and candidates in a highly professional and compliant manner.Exceeding expectations of both clients and candidates through excellent communication and people skills. Assisting the Branch Manager and the recruitment team in the day to day running of the branch and motivating, coaching, and developing other individuals in the branch team with empathy, emotional intelligence, commercial acumen, leading from the front taking accountability and responsibility for delivering high levels of customer service to candidates and the recruitment team.ResponsibilitiesCreating a candidate attraction plan in line with the requirements for the recruitment team or a specific client.Being proactive and innovative with resource planning to ensure that all requirements are met in a timely manner.Pre-screening candidates and identifying skills for current roles as well as good candidates whom consultants may require for other bookings/speccing opportunities.Identify and match candidates to active vacancies for both temporary and/or permanent roles, either by searching the database or conducting searches from the job boards.Communicating effectively and professionally with candidates as to what they need to bring with them to fully register, taking full accountability for the recruitment process and compliance for all candidates, ensuring references are completed, and any sales leads gained from candidates.Registering candidates preferably face-to-face or over video call
