We are rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission and have received excellent feedback from our clients and their families.As a live-in care assistant, you will live with one of our clients in their home and provide them with round-the-clock support according to their needs and preferences. You will also assist them with daily activities such as cooking, shopping, medication, appointments and hobbies. You will be matched with a client based on your personality, interests and skills, and you will have regular breaks and time off.To be a successful live-in care assistant, you will need:
  • A genuine passion for caring for older people
  • A friendly, compassionate and respectful attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and use your initiative
  • The willingness to learn and follow our high standards of care
  • The right to work in the UK
  • A valid driving licence and access to a car (preferred but not essential)
