- Log all new clients and matters onto the in-house systems promptly and accurately.
- Process cheque, credit, and debit card payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle incoming calls from clients courteously and professionally, adhering to data protection procedures. Take detailed messages when required and ensure they are promptly forwarded to the appropriate team member.
- Manage the processing of Wills for storage, including verification of validity and reprinting invalid Wills.
- Process changes of address and update clients' files accurately.
- Proficient IT - using Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
- Strong team player with the initiative to work independently when required.
- Flexible, adaptable, and conscientious.
- Keen attention to detail.
