  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates in the rail sector.
  • Sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients and candidates.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the rail or similar sector.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
