- Weekly/monthly reporting on leads, growth and opportunity.
- Maintenance of auditable documentation trails.
- Collaboration with the wider marketing team on Group projects.
- Engagement with the wider sales team to ensure we are reaching our targeted audience.
- Demonstration of continuous improvement.
- Achievement of set objectives and KPI’s, individually and as a department.
- Good standard of general education backed by a track record of continuing professional development.
- CIM Marketing Qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.
- Able to prioritise, develop work schedule, and influence others to achieve results.
- Exemplary communication, presentation and customer engagement skills.
- Collaborate effectively with others to ensure business improvements and efficiencies.
- Knowledge and understanding of products and construction basics within the industry.
- Experience with a CRM system.
- Experience of using marketing technology to deliver successful marketing campaigns through multiple platforms (social media, email etc.).
- Strong creative skills.
- Experience of writing and creating marketing campaigns.
- Good copy writing skills.
- Experience in graphic design working with Photoshop and InDesign.
- Strong digital marketing experience would be advantageous.
- Capable of working to challenging deadlines and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Initiative-taking, hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Able to work independently and autonomously when required.
- A result orientated problem solver.
- An eye for detail and ability to visualise the customer journey while identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s experience.
- Able to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships, using communication skills.

- 40 hours per week- Monday to Friday
