Export Packer & Case Maker

• Construct cases with correct bracing and package items according to customer and industry specifications.

• Package equipment to protect against moisture, dirt, shock, and tilt during transit.

• Use strapping, stretch wrapping, foam lining, bubble wrap, and foil bagging as required.

• Secure goods using brackets and lock-down techniques.

• Correctly mark cases with weight, handling instructions, lifting points, and temperature controls.

• Ensure compliance with heat-treated timber marking and airline security regulations.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any issues promptly.

• Keep the work area clean, tidy, and operational.

• Participate in safety and training programs.

• Support packing workflow to meet schedules and deadlines.

• Assist with machinery movement when required.

• Perform additional duties aligned with skills and experience as needed.

• Maintain a tidy, efficient, and functional packing department.

• Ensure high-quality records and paperwork are accurate, timely, and complete.

• Fulfill customer requirements fully and on time.
