- Work in conjunction with the enablement pillars: talent, content, tech, process and methodology, and sales communications leads. Deliver a standardized new hire onboarding experience for Forrester sales in partnership with the global program owner. Primarily responsible for new hires outside of North America.
- Design and deploy measurable enablement program(s) to drive growth and achieve performance and productivity targets in other assigned areas outside of new hire onboarding; secondary program(s) responsibility aligned to CSO priorities.
- Be comfortable building out virtual and “in-person” training sessions; experience in leveraging Workday or other learning platforms is a plus.
- Conduct field-based coaching and sales training remotely and in Forrester offices as applicable.
- Facilitate engaging training and activation sessions to large sales audiences as needed.
- Leverage first-line sales reps, sales managers, other sales enablement managers, and the employee experience organization as agents of enablement.
- Facilitate change management through communication, training, and measurement.
- Provide input into areas such as field marketing, sales assets, messaging, and sales process alignment for the sales content.
- Provide input into areas such as learning paths, career development, onboarding, and ongoing training alignment for the sales learning.
- Consistently measure and report project and program effectiveness, using standard enablement activity, quality, adoption, and outcome measures, and recalibrate projects based on outcomes to improve sales productivity (which include satisfaction, knowledge transfer, behavior change, and business results).
- Collaborate with other sales enablement managers in the organization to develop and share best practices around training and support to sales roles.
- Regularly engage with Forrester’s sales enablement research and reference it in initiatives.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, education, or related field.
- Some experience in a sales, marketing, L&D, or sales enablement role with proven success in designing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills and the ability to engage an audience.
- The ability to demonstrate the skills you are teaching with confidence and credibility.
- Strong planning, project management, and time management skills.
- The ability to adjust to changing priorities, tasks, and business needs is essential.
- High clock speed and the ability to work without constant oversight or a support team.
