We're recruiting for a HSE Manager to join a newly commissioned power station in Slough, where you'll play a key role in shaping and leading site-wide HSE practices.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in heavy engineering, power generation, or energy-from-waste to step into a senior, high-impact position.✅ What you'll be doing:Lead on all Health, Safety & Environmental matters across the site.Develop, implement, and review HSE policies, systems, and procedures.Conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments.Provide technical guidance and support to senior management.Drive compliance and continuous improvement across ISO standards (45001, 14001, 9001).Support outages, projects, and occasional travel to customer sites.What we're looking for:5+ years' HSE experience in heavy engineering (Power Generation/EfW preferred).NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) & minimum Grad IOSH.Strong knowledge of ISO management systems.A proactive, pragmatic leader with excellent communication and influencing skills.Experience in auditing and safety investigations.What's in it for you:Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 (DOE)Annual bonus + paid overtime on major projects25 days holiday + bank holidaysMonday-Friday, 40-hour weekOngoing training & career development opportunitiesBe part of a brand-new, modern power station with long-term career prospectsApply now with your CV or call 01329 750087 for a confidential chat.Not for you?
