IMMEDIATE STARTElectrical Maintenance Engineer required immediately to join our high-performing client based in Kettering. If you're passionate about keeping complex machinery running smoothly and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is your chance to power up your career.Your Role:
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults across high-speed production lines
  • Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimize downtime
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards
  • Collaborating with mechanical engineers and production teams to resolve issues quickly
What You Bring:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience working on production lines
  • Strong fault-finding skills and knowledge of PLCs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work continental shifts (days and nights)
