An established UK-based medical device company is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Director to lead commercial growth and elevate performance across its healthcare portfolio.You will be responsible for shaping a long-term commercial strategy, leading sales and marketing initiatives, and developing a high-performing team. Your leadership will drive portfolio performance, market share, and profitability.Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic commercial roadmap
Lead, coach and develop a dynamic sales and marketing team
Optimise account segmentation, targeting and pricing strategies
Expand customer relationships and drive new business opportunities
Align cross-functional teams to support revenue and growth targets
Contribute to broader business strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team

Lead the commercial strategy of a respected UK medical device companyHave a proven record of Sales & Marketing leadership in Health/Medical DeviceThe successful candidate will be a Sales & Marketing Director within Medical Device or related healthcare industry. In addition you will have:

Proven track record in revenue growth and portfolio development
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, digital marketing and product launches
Healthcare or medical device industry experience desirable
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
Full UK driving licence
