Commercial Account Handler | Leeds | £35,000-£40,000 | Hybrid WorkingLooking to step into a more technical, mid-market role with genuine scope to progress?This well-regarded brokerage is looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their Leeds team. You'll be working on complex mid-market and corporate risks, with premiums typically sitting around £20,000+, supporting senior Brokers and Account Executives across a range of industries including manufacturing, construction, and professional services.It's a role for someone confident in their technical knowledge, who wants more influence over placements and strategy - and a clear route toward Senior Broker or Account Executive level.The RoleYou'll manage renewals, MTAs, and day-to-day servicing across commercial lines, support with broking strategy and submissions, and play a key role in insurer negotiations. The team works collaboratively, with access to strong market relationships and internal progression built into the plan from day one.What They're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of commercial broking experience
  • Confidence handling mid-market and corporate clients
  • Comfortable with premiums of £20,000 and above
  • Acturis experience preferred
  • Ambitious and ready to move into a more strategic broking role
