We are looking to expand our team with the recruitment of an Advanced Nurse Practitioner who wishes to work in general practice, who will support the clinical team, which will include being part of a duty team, carrying out home visits and triaging/seeing patients requesting same day appointments and running daily clinics.Main duties of the job

  • Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
  • MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent qualification.
  • Independent Prescriber (V300).
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to work autonomously with GP support available.
  • Experience in managing acute and long-term conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Desirable
  • Experience working as an ANP in a GP surgery.
  • Experience with EMIS, SystmOne, or other GP IT systems.
  • Minor illness and minor injury training.
